ACQUISITION FUND

The Musarthis Museum acquires works in order to contribute to their entry into the collection and to the writing of a new, plural and inclusive history of art.

Acquisitions are made public.
 

For each work, the reasons for its entry into the collection are explained, as well as the way in which it aligns with the principles of Agnitia.

 

The Acquisition Fund supports the entry of works into the collection.

An offer from the museum shop is made available for sale, with all proceeds fully allocated to this Fund.

The resources of the Acquisition Fund are public.

 

Donors to the Acquisition Fund are listed in a public register, unless an explicit request for non-disclosure is made.

 

Support from the Arthesie Houses concerns the functioning and development of the museum.

 

The Acquisition Fund represents a distinct gesture, dedicated to the entry of works into the collection and to the writing of a new, plural and inclusive history of art.
